1 Stone Solutions was founded in 2015 with the vision and objective to provide custodial services with an emphasis on innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Over the past 6 years, we have become an industry leader in custodial services, specializing in challenging custodial environments for public and private customers, including places of worship, corporate campuses, and high-tech customers.
Our company has grown from a one-person custodial startup to a full-service provider of janitorial services, day porters, construction clean-up, window washing, and pressure washing. In our experience, one of the critical elements to success in large-scale contracts is establishing a strong partnership with our customers.
We believe that service organizations that partner with their clients will strive to always dedicate resources and responsiveness to the business. Our goal with our employees is to treat them with the love and care that Jesus Christ showed while living on the earth. Our employees are the heart and soul of our organization, that’s why we invest in their futures with robust training and career development. We truly know that without them, 1 Stone Solutions would not have experienced tremendous growth since our founding in May 2015.
